Not having had Ice Cream Float by Jungleboys before, I was interested in putting it to the test, boasting a total sum of cannabinoids at a modest 33%. Upon opening I instantly received a refreshing scent of primarily Ice Cream Mints, displaying notes consisting of a pungent earthy, menthol and minty Cookies and Gelato gas, accompanied by peanut, light vanilla and floral sherbet undertones, harbouring a surprisingly sweet blueberry deep centre. The buds were of a mixed density, having a typical Jungleboys structure. They were a shade of light green, with sporadic purple hues, alongside messy rustic pistils, and absolutely showered in a layer of trichomes. Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by an earthy and floral infusion of Gelato, Kush and Sunset Sherbet, accompanied by strong traits of mint, menthol and vanilla. This refreshing gas was complemented by sweet sugary undertones, with the overall taste combined, being retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of medium to light silver, alongside an instantaneous leaking and oozing resinous oil ring, smoking both smooth and tasting clean. To conclude, although I am not overly enthusiastic with the genetics involved, I could appreciate the flavours produced by Jungleboys Ice Cream Float well, and enjoyed the surprising sweet backend. Despite a darker than desired shade of ash being produced, this fortunately did not hinder the smoke too much and with a little dialling in required, ICF can be perfected, catering to fans of Ice Cream crosses.
